The Surtur 18" bioethanol fireplace insert is a compact and practical solution for anyone looking to modernise an existing freestanding stove or an old open fireplace. The insert can also be used for wall installation, giving you the freedom to create a clean, minimalist fireplace feature with genuine flames. Finished in classic black with a simple, timeless design, the Surtur 18" blends effortlessly into both modern and traditional interiors.

Measuring 45.9 cm high, 48.9 cm wide and 12.8 cm deep, this bioethanol insert is well suited to smaller fireplace openings and compact stoves. The included burner holds 1.8 litres of bioethanol, providing up to approximately 5.5 hours of burn time per refill. With a 3kW heat output, it also delivers pleasant supplementary warmth to the room.

The frame is made from powder-coated steel and does not feature built-in heat insulation. When installing the insert into a wall or furniture, it is important to ensure that surrounding materials are heat-resistant. If necessary, appropriate insulation should be added to protect the structure and ensure a safe, correct installation.
