Bioethanol-fireplace wants our customers to be fully satisfied with the product purchases. Do you wish to return your product? There is no problem! 

We would like to therefore ask you to follow the process as illustrated below. It will make the returns and complaints be handled more optimally for both the customers and Bioethanol-fireplace. 

Note: We only handle the goods where the return form is filled out and the return label is printed, filled out and enclosed with the package. 

1. Fill out the return form

Fill out the return form. In the message box, indicate whether it is a replacement, return or complaint, as well as the reason for it. 

2. Print return form

3. Pack your goods

Pack the items in original or equivalent packing and attach your return note. 

4. Send the package

Deliver the package to the supplier you have chosen. It is important that you check the address and keep the receipt for your package. 

Return form

Upon returning, it is the customer himself who bears the risk of the item accidental payment or deterioration during the return journey. Bioethanol-fireplace is not obliged to repay any additional costs associated with the consumer explicitly choosing a different and more expensive delivery method than the standard delivery offered by Bioethanol-fireplace. You, as a customer, have full responsibility for the returned goods until they are back at Bioethanol-fireplace. Therefore, always send track and trace to track the package. 

If you want to change your purchase to another item, in another colour or model, for example we offer free exchange. You can also choose to have a proof of purchase, which can be used for a subsequent purchase. 

Note: Return packages sent unpaid don't have to be accepted.
