Safretti Design's Bio Fires from Famous Designers
It's not a coincidence that you can not point your finger on a missing design at Safretti's bio ethanol fires. The Dutch producer focuses on the fact that the fireplace should not only be cozy and warming but also stylish. They have collaborated with a number of well-known designers, each of them has contributed its part to the product range.
Jan des Bouvrie
Jan des Bouvrie was born in 1942. After he finished his education at the Rietveld Academy, he worked in his parents' furniture shop. Today he owns a leading interior design institute with a dedicated design study. He has won several awards for his beautiful decorative works.
He is behind the Safretti's Cubico, Curva and Carre

Roderick Vos
Roderick Vos was born in 1965 and graduated in Eindhoven at the design academy. He gained professional experience at Ingo Maurer in Munich and Kenji Ekuan in Tokyo. Since 2004 Roderick has focused exclusively on product design in the city of Heusden in Brabant.
He is behind Safretti's Gaya.

Jort Mercuur
Jort Mercuur was born in 1967 and started his own company Mercuursteen after completing his education. The aluminium furniture of the Belvedere Museum in Heerenveen, Holland is also his merit.
He stands begind Safretti's Riviera.

Frans Schrofer
Frans Schrofer was born in 1954 and finished his education at the design academy in Eindhoven. He is also well-known on an international basis for his modern design with a twist. "Hands-on Design creates Tools for Living" is one of his basic principles Schrofer observes.
He is behind Safretti's Prometheus

Henk Heres
Henk Heres was born in 1960 and completed his education at the Academy of Arts in Utrecht in 1984. Since then, he had been working as a teacher and later on he founded his own design agency - Henk Heres Design. He is behind the design of the sofa, cabinets, dining tables, chairs, blankets and is generally used by national and international manufacturers in the industry.
He is behind Safretti's Nemo.
