Heatstrip Design 2400 Flush Mount Enclosure

This flush mount enclosure is used with the Heatstrip Design 2400 for mounting it seamlessly into ceilings. By using this flush mount enclosure, it is possible to integrate the heater smoothly into the ceiling and preventing it from taking unnecessary space on the floor.

It is recommended to clean the flush mount enclosure once every three months. This is due to potential filth and grime may accumulate in it. In case smoking takes place near the heater, it may be necessary to clean it more often. Cleaning it can be done with a wet cloth without the use of strong cleaning agents.

 Installation

When installing the flush mount enclosure, it is important that wires, insulation or other flammable materials are not in direct contact with it.

• Recommended mounting height: 2.3-2.5 metres
• Maximum mounting height: 2.7 metres

If the heater is installed at a height greater than the maximum, the efficiency of the heater can diminish.

The manual includes more elaborate descriptions when installing the flush mount enclosure.

Cable bracket (black) for Heatstrip Design patio heaters

Cable bracket for Heatstrip Design patio heaters, comes in the colour black. If the aim is a flexible patio heater, then this is the perfect choice. The cable bracket allows for the heater to be installed via an elevated cable, making it easy to move it freely.

Portable mount designed for Heatstrip heaters. With this mount, it is possible to move a heater around to one's liking, quick and easy. Use this mount with heaters to avoid drilling in walls/ceilings.

NOTE: heater must be bought separately. 

Installation

It is recommended to only use the mount for 1800W, 2200W and 2400W heaters, as these can be installed at your own discretion. Heaters with greater amperage must thereby be installed by a licensed electrician.

 In the case of bigger heaters, it is recommended to take the weight into account when installing it, as they may require to be mounted on the floor with screws to ensure stability (screws must be bought separately).

The brackets are available with 25 x 25 x 1mm tubes, and can only be supplied as fitting for adjustments to the length or the cut.
