Cinema - Freestanding Bioethanol Fireplace & TV Cabinet

The Cinema is a freestanding unit that combines a bioethanol fireplace with a built-in TV cabinet, letting the fire and the screen share the same piece of furniture. When the TV is off, its screen blends into the cabinet's black panel; below it, an open firebox glows with tall, dynamic flames powered by Planika's automatic FLA4 BEV® burner. The Cinema is available with either the FLA4 990 or the higher-capacity FLA4+ 990 burner.

If you've always dreamed of your own media wall with a fireplace, the Cinema makes it easy - the TV mount and a soundbar shelf are included, so installation is fast and straightforward, leaving you to worry about nothing more than whether tonight is a Star Wars or a Star Trek night.

Bioethanol Burner

The Cinema is available with either the FLA4 990 or FLA4+ 990 automatic BEV® burner:

FLA4 990 Burner

FLA4+ 990 Burner

• Heat output: up to 6.9 kW
• Flame height regulation: 6 stages

Both models offer fireplace control via remote, LCD touch panel, and WiFi app. For even more control options, both FLA4 models can also be controlled via a Smart Home System by adding an optional SHS module.

• Built-in TV cabinet - houses a TV up to 55" (TV and soundbar not included) using the included wall mount, with a shelf for your soundbar; the screen blends into the black panel above the firebox when off
• Net Zero BEV Technology® - clean, smoke- and ash-free combustion by burning ethanol vapours rather than liquid fuel
• Electronic refuel pump - connect the included pump to an external fuel canister and press a button; it pumps fuel into the burner and stops automatically once it's full, with no risk of spilling fuel
• LCD touch control panel - adjust flame settings, check fuel levels, and set a shut-off timer, with a child-lock feature for safety
• Remote control and Planika BEV app - adjust the flame from the sofa or from your smartphone (Android/iOS)
• Optional decorative log tray - ceramic logs are available as an add-on accessory for a more traditional look (not included as standard)

Materials & Design

Built from steel and galvanized steel with a sleek black powder-coated finish, the Cinema features a tempered glass front over the firebox. It measures approximately 1837 mm wide, 1470.5 mm tall, and 380 mm deep. It stands freestanding on the floor, and its slim profile also works well as a room divider between open-plan spaces.

Installation

No flue or chimney connection is required - the Cinema releases heat directly into the room. It needs a minimum room size of 69 m³ with an air exchange rate of one full room volume per hour, and a 230V power supply. For indoor use only.
