Casper answered all of the questions that we had and also sent us a video comparing the two fires that we were interested in as we were not able to visit the showroom. Delivery was very quick and we absolutely love our fire. It has made a lovely addition to our conservatory making it much more useable during the colder winter months. I am very happy with my purchase a Victoria cast iron electric stove it looks great in my kitchen - and it warms up my kitchen really quickly. Order arrived quickly and in perfect condition due to the care taken in wrapping and packaging. The Columbus fireplace is excellent. It is surprisingly good at warming the room and I've particularly enjoyed lighting in first thing to cheer up a grey start to the day.
