Bioethanol-Fireplace.co.uk offers free shipping on orders over £100
You can choose to get your order shipped with a variety of different shipping companies; GLS, DHL, etc. But we reserve the right to opt for a different currier if your parcel is too large for the chosen currier.
Most orders placed before 3 pm will be shipped the same day.

Normal lead time is 2-3 business days. We always try to ship all orders as soon as possible and if you order a stocked item before 3 pm on a business day, we will usually get your order shipped the same day.
However, some fireplaces require that we send them on pallets and this is unfortunately not always possible to do with same-day shipping.
Products in stock
At Bioethanol-Fireplace we know that waiting can be difficult. That's why we always try to have as many of our fireplaces and products in stock so that we can ship your order as soon as possible.
To see if a product is in stock - look for the stock indicator on the different products pages.
Several of our branded products we do not have the opportunity to have in stock. Often these fireplaces come in many different configurations and are therefore first produced when ordered. The delivery time for these products will therefore usually be around 10-14 business days.
Custom made products
If you need a custom-made fireplace in tailor-made dimensions, colours, etc., the production and delivery time will vary. The expected delivery time is therefore agreed with our customer service when ordered.
As soon as we complete and pack your order, tracking information will automatically be sent to your email address, where you will be able to track the package until delivery.
